This Payment and Refund Policy explains how payments are processed and how cancellations and refunds work for Welzi.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable fees, including any taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. If a payment is declined, we may suspend your access to premium features until a successful payment is processed.
If your subscription includes a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will not convert to a paid plan.
- If you do not cancel, the paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by: going to Account → Manage Subscription in the app or website, or contacting us at support@welzi.me.
When you cancel:
During a free trial: You will not be charged.
During a paid period: You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Fees for
the
current period
are non-refundable.
4.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days without giving
any
reason. To
exercise this right, you must contact us at [support email] within 14 days of your purchase.
However, by completing your purchase, you expressly agree that access to the digital content (your personalized plan and premium features) begins immediately. You
acknowledge that
you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the service starts.
4.2. Refunds in Other Cases
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or for change of mind after the 14-day withdrawal period (where applicable). However, we may issue a refund at
our
discretion in
the following circumstances:
- Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount.
- Technical error: You were charged after canceling, or you could not access the service due to a fault on our side.
- Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same period.
- Unauthorized use: A transaction was made on your account without your authorization (provided you contact us promptly).

4.3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional
